We collect personal data when you fill in a contact form, book a demo, take out a subscription or communicate with us by email or via a chatbot. The information we may receive includes your name, email address, phone number, company name and any information you choose to include in a message field.
Information when booking a demo
When you book a demo via our website, we collect your name, email address and company name. The purpose of this processing is to contact you, hold the demo, assess whether our solution is a good fit for your business and follow up on your enquiry. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as it is necessary in order to take steps prior to entering into a possible agreement.
Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Automatically collected information
We automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time of visit. This is done using cookies and analytics tools.
Through our chatbot solutions, we collect the content of the conversation as well as information about the page you are on (URL), time spent on the page and scrolling behaviour. This is done in order to provide a relevant, context-aware chatbot experience. Conversations are stored for 30 days and then anonymised.

Sharing and retention

AI language model (Anthropic, USA) — the content of conversations is processed via Anthropic's API as part of the chatbot functionality. Anthropic is subject to EU-approved transfer mechanisms.
Retention period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, follow up on demo requests and comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, which typically requires records to be kept for five years. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the information we process about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given.
